Trading Terms
General:
Fjerboldshoppen.dk is a Danish-owned shop that specializes in selling badminton balls. All prices on Fjerboldshoppen.dk are stated in Danish kroner including VAT of 25%. There is no payment fee charged on card payments.
Ordering badminton:
Ordering products is done exclusively here on our website Fjerboldshoppen.dk. We only offer payment by MobilePay, credit card, including Visa/Dankort, Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. We attach great importance to you as a customer feeling safe when you place an order on Fjerboldshoppen.dk and therefore all data in connection with the purchase is sent encrypted (SSL), which means that only NETS has access to this information. Fjerboldshoppen.dk does not have access to this information and therefore as a customer you can safely rely on security when shopping with us. After your purchase on Fjerboldshoppen.dk you will automatically receive an order confirmation from us by email and the money will only be deducted from your bank account when we ship your package.
Delivery terms
Fjerboldshoppen.dk offers free shipping for orders over 299 DKK. For orders of less than 299 DKK, we only charge 39 DKK for shipping. All our packages are delivered with GLS directly to the customer’s address or to a Parcel Shop. If the customer is not at home at the delivery address and time of delivery, the package will be delivered to the nearest Parcel Shop on the next business day. We strive to be able to ship your order on the same business day that you place the order. All orders that we receive before 2:00 PM will definitely be shipped the same day. You will generally receive your order within 1-2 business days. If you have not received your order within this period, please contact us on

Price and payment:
At Fjerboldshoppen.dk you can pay for your goods with MobilePay,Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa Elektron, MasterCard, JCB, American Express and Maestro.
The customer’s order will only be processed when payment has been received.
All prices at Fjerboldshoppen.dk are stated including VAT, taxes and customs.
Any errors or deficiencies in delivery from Fjerboldshoppen.dk must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to state and, upon request, show how the error or deficiency manifests itself. If you discover an error, You must write an email to kontakt@fjerboldshoppen.dk
According to the Danish Sales Act, the right to complain is granted for two years. This means that within this period of time, you, as a customer, have the right to complain about errors and defects in the product you have received. If the product you have received has a defect, you are entitled to demand that a new product be sent or your money be returned, if fjerboldshoppen.dk cannot obtain a new product. Fjerboldshoppen.dk will refund reasonable shipping costs for shipping new product(s). However, all of our products in the warehouse are checked for errors and defects – so there should be minimal chance of damage to the products.
Right of withdrawal:
At Fjerboldshoppen.dk you always have a 14-day right of return on all goods purchased from us. The 14 days start from the day you receive the goods.
According to the legislation, the rules are such that you as a consumer can send us an email regarding the return and then you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
At Fjerboldshoppen.dk, we do not require you to send us an email first. You can simply return the item.
In the return package, please include your order confirmation or your order number so that we can identify where the package comes from.
When we receive your return package, we will credit the item and you will receive your money within 2-3 business days. The refund will be made to the payment card that you used to purchase on our webshop. If you did not use a payment card to purchase, please include your account number in the return package.
An item purchased from us may be unpacked and you are also welcome to try it on, however, it should be noted that this must not reduce the resale value of the item. In order for us to refund the full amount for the returned item, it must be sent back in the same condition as when you received it. It is important that you send all the original packaging with the return.
If you have used the purchased item, it will not be credited at full price. If an item has been used, it does not have the same resale value and you should expect to get 10-20% back of the new price.
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must pay for postage and other costs associated with the return.

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of trade on Fjerboldshoppen.dk. For this reason, it is important that you stay updated in this area. We reserve the right to make printing errors and sold-out items.

When you shop at Fjerboldshoppen.dk you must provide the following: Name, Address, Email, Phone number. This data will be stored with information about which products you have purchased for the next 5 years. The information will not be passed on or sold to third parties.
