Fjerboldshoppen.dk is a Danish-owned store specializing in selling badminton shuttlecocks. All prices on Fjerboldshoppen.dk are stated in Danish kroner including 25% VAT. There are no payment fees for card payments.
Ordering badminton equipment:
Product orders are exclusively placed here on our website Fjerboldshoppen.dk. We only offer payment via MobilePay, credit cards, including Visa/Dankort, Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro. We place great emphasis on you as a customer feeling secure when placing an order on Fjerboldshoppen.dk, which is why all data related to the purchase is sent encrypted (SSL), meaning that only NETS has access to this information. Fjerboldshoppen.dk does not have access to this information, and therefore, as a customer, you can safely trust the security when shopping with us. After your purchase on Fjerboldshoppen.dk, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from us via email, and the money will only be deducted from your bank account when we dispatch your package.
Delivery terms
Fjerboldshoppen.dk offers free shipping on orders over DKK 499. For orders under DKK 499, we only charge DKK 39 for shipping. All our packages are delivered with GLS directly to the customer's address or to a Parcel Shop. If the customer is not home at the delivery address and time, the package will be delivered to the nearest Parcel Shop on the next business day. We strive to dispatch your order on the same business day that you place it. All orders received before 2:00 PM will definitely be dispatched on the same day. Price and payment:
At Fjerboldshoppen.dk, you can pay for your items with MobilePay, Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Maestro.
The customer's order will only be processed once payment has been received.
All prices on Fjerboldshoppen.dk are stated inclusive of VAT, duties, and customs.
Any errors or defects in delivery from Fjerboldshoppen.dk must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. According to the Sale of Goods Act, there is a two-year right to complain. This means that within this period, you have the right to complain about errors and defects in the product you have received. If the product you have received has a defect, you are entitled to demand a new product or have your money returned if fjerboldshoppen.dk cannot provide a new product. Fjerboldshoppen.dk will refund reasonable shipping costs for sending new product(s). However, all our products in stock are checked for errors and defects – so there should be minimal risk of damage to the products.
Right of withdrawal:
At Fjerboldshoppen.dk, you always have a 14-day right of return on all items purchased from us. The 14 days start from the day you receive the goods.
According to legislation, the rules are such that as a consumer, you can send us an email regarding the return, and then you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.
At Fjerboldshoppen.dk, we do not require you to send us an email first. You can simply return the item.
In the return package, please include your order confirmation or your order number so that we can identify where the package comes from.
Once we receive your return package, we will credit the item, and you will receive your money within 2-3 business days. The refund will be made to the payment card you used to make the purchase on our webshop. If you did not use a payment card for the purchase, please include your account number in the return package.
An item purchased from us can be unpacked, and you are welcome to try it, however, please note that this must not reduce the resale value of the item. For us to refund the full amount for the returned item, it must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. It is important that you return all original packaging.
If you have used the purchased item, it will not be credited at full price. If an item has been used, it does not have the same resale value, and you should expect to get 10-20% back of the new price.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you must pay for postage and other costs associated with the return yourself.
